If you receive an item that's damaged or incorrect, please inspect your package immediately and contact us within 24 hours for orders delivered within Ghana, or within 48 hours for international orders, so we can assist you. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with returns reported after these periods. We accept returns or exchanges only for items in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
